American Craft Beer Partners is bringing real beer to China.
Like many residents in China from abroad, we had grown frustrated with the limited selection of quality brews on offer at Shanghai bars and restaurants. To quench our thirst for more flavorful beers, we started working with a select group of small breweries to bring some of the best craft beers in America to China and make them readily available to beer drinkers in Shanghai.
As beer lovers, we have worked hard to bring a variety of beer styles and flavors to Shanghai. Some of our beers are premium examples of more familiar lagers and ales, other are unique variations of traditional beer styles, representative of the creativity and innovation that defines the craft beer movement. All of our beers are completely natural, made from high-quality malt and hops, absent of any of the fillers (rice, corn or other low-cost grains) common to most beer available in China.
Initially, our portfolio of beers will be offered at a few select bars and restaurants across Shanghai. As we grow, we hope to make our beers available in an increasing number of
venues in Shanghai and to spread into other cities in China. At the same time, we will continue working with the Brewers Association in America and other quality breweries around the world to increase our portfolio and the availability of real beer in China.
